I like the Bloc Party one - I've not seen one with parental advisory on it before though.

I downloaded it of off iTunes, and it has a parental advisory in the cover art on there.

Gah, too much effort, all my favourite bands have complex, awesome album art which i cannot be bothered to duplicate in such a medium.
