My brother is looking into getting one of those - he's already got one Carvin custom bass, he's trying to decide how many strings and if he wants a fretless or not.

yeah, i'll be the dork to post something you play by blowing.  she's my pride and joy and cost more than my first car.

I also have a Selmer Paris Signature clarinet, a 1955 Conn trumpet, and an Akai EWI with multiple things named Korg and Roland.

Thanks! Carvin custom's are awesome. I bought it used, but the abuse I dish it makes it look a lot older than it really is. It's a very sturdy instrument, and it's one of the few fretlesses I've played that has a real midrange punch to it.
