Now the humorous irony of the dude's lack of subtlelty is, unfortunately, not actually that humorous... and that's the only (tiny) bit of wit I could dig out of it...

You know, it's really awesome that we can live in a culture that defends someone like that.  Wouldn't you be annoyed if some guy came to your favorite band's show and stood around berating you as an idiot and generally ruining the experience?  Would you think he was pretty arrogant to tell you that his opinion was the only right one, and that you were all wrong?  Would you think it was stupid that he posted it on the internet and tried to pass off being a jerk as humor and wisdom?  I would.
