Well, I guess I'm not alone here to know of people going quite far on concerts, no matter who plays. When I think of it I've noticed it in atleast every third concert I've been to, no matter what, erhm.. excluding the jazz/blues concerts I've been to.

That is because live music is more erotic than recorded music to 1,000 degrees. Also, people at concerts are often drunk or on drugs.
