Forgotten classics.
nickb285:
Dude, Poets of the Fall are fucking awesome. I've managed to download some of their other stuff too, and it's just as good.
Also, Blue Oyster Cult. You can't see it, but I'm throwing the goat right now.
Gryff:
Blue Oyster Cult FTW!
Also Television's 'Marquee Moon'. 10 minutes of shimmering brilliance.
SeŅor Duarte:
I listened to Oingo Boingo for the first time in a while today.
Dead Man's Party is the best.
And who could forget Bim Bam Boom?
La Creme:
No dude, Dead Man's Party (while good) doesn't have shit on Only A Lad or Nothing To Fear. Mostly because of songs like Nasty Habits and Grey Matter and the way Elfman says "What the hell do you know about suffereing and pain?!" in Capitalism.
Micolithe:
Most, if not all, of Electric Light Orchestra's work is forgotten unless you're a hardcore fan. They weren't exactly included in the Classic Rock revival.
