LIES! LIES AND SLANDER!

Maiden kicks all ass.

Hey, I love Maiden.  I just think they may be slightly forgotten.

Super Dave:
^ As much as it aches me to say it, I have to agree with you on it a bit. I blame their new greatest hits, People who didn't like dance of death, and Idiots who seem to think that Powerslave is their only good release. It's not, dammit!

edwartica:
So, this is REALLY obscure (unless you were into this genre at the time), but I have kind of been digging up a lot of my tooth and nail CDs recently. Fave's right now are the Prayer Chain's "Mercury" and Starflyer 59's "Silver."
Yeah, can't imagine too many people here were into the early / mid nineties Christian Alternative music scene, lol. But dang it, there was some really good stuff from that era / genre.

TheSmirkster:
Foo Fighters - Everlong = amazing
add Acoustic, double the fun.

Alice in Chains had some badass songs, like Heaven Beside Me.

Oh man, that one song, I'm having trouble remembering the band, and the song title, but it was all like "turn your head now baby, just spit me out"  that was classicaly forgotten.

Also, The Toadies - Possum Kingdom

ooh ooh, Seven Mary Three - Cumbersome

Hairy Joe Bob:
Anyone remember 'Can You Dig It?' by the Mock Turtles?
