Photography, yay! (Warning: Very, VERY dial-up unfriendly)

I have a bit of my suff up on DeviantArt. I dont have a digital camera so I have to scan all my pictures, and I dont have a scanner so I cant really even do that. But there is some older stuff of mine up there. All but 2 pictures where taken with my Canon Rebel SLR.

And I love it. However since I did get it at a garage sale it is really dirty, like inside and on the lens and what not, being my first camera I dont want to fuck it up, any tips or instructions on how I should go about cleaning it?

Easily the favorite of all I've taken. I don't have a darkroom (move around on co-op university work terms all the time), so when I got this back and looked at it, I was like, how did this even happen??? Really slow exposure, different coloured street lights, and the top right sky is cloudy while the left is clear.
Just a creek through my university.
I love the textures in the old trees.
After some fall time freezing rain.
Here are some others of mine, I've just stuck them up on facebook for now and haven't bothered uploading everything. Very lazy am I, I'll try and write a script to do it for me later. Oh, and the gallery '150 CM' is just from my hometown getting 150CM of snow in a weekend, I took none of them.
Sythe, I like the last one peeking through the rocks/ruble in Pompeii. Using the surroundings as a frame is awesome.
BPMninja, I love that second one, all blue looking down on the door.
