And Led Zeppelin is WAY more influential than the Zombies. I would argue the Kinks too, but definitely the Zombies.

Over rated? 300 million albums sold is pretty over rated you fucking morons. you guys are like DUR a band that is good and lots of people like DUR better say there over rated like a bunch of idoits or we won't be respected in the indie rock scene DUR. Next you guys will say the beatles are sell outs right, holy chirst. Thats a pretty stupid thing to say.

Well, not to cause a fuss, but I find that a stupid thing to say, Onion-dude. It's almost like you're disagreeing with what you think is the general sentiment here, just for the sake of it. No offense, but I doubt anyone else looked at this thing with as much vigor as you did.

Any band that encourages so many people to pick up a guitar for the first time deserves recognition, no matter what you think of the music.
