Der Tattoo Thread.

Really, it would be a lot better if it was just one rocket.
Also the rockets remind me of the old Houston Rockets logo, but that's my problem.

Not a fan of the rockets. I can't quite put my finger on it but they just seem slightly silly. On the other hand I'm getting a fucking X-Men tattoo on my shoulder so I am obviously not an authority on silly.

Amanda, if it helps you, I really dig the tat. I don't know how I feel the two symmetrical rockets, but the one is quite awesome.

Me and one of my closest buddies are planning on getting tattooed this summer. I'd get Calvin and he'd get Hobbes. I've been thinking about getting a C&H tat for a few years now, and I've loved 'em since I was seven. The only thing that worries me is the idea of having a tattoo that works best with someone else. It could stand on its own, but the full effect would be when we were together.

My cousin got a hobbes tattoo on his arm and it's pretty much awesome all by it's lonesome, no calvin needed.
His tattoo looks sorta like how hobbes looks in this image.
