Also, basically every Misfits and Tom Waits song ever can work on a Halloween mix.

How about "I Put A Spell On You" by Screamin Jay Hawkins? He was the first guy to use the gimmick of jumping out of a coffin on stage, can't get more halloween than that.

The Aquabats!- "The Cat With 2 Heads!" it incorporates BOTH surf and ska.
Mephiskapheles- "Mephiskapheles" ("one...two...three...four...five...SIX-SIX-SIX!!!!")
Man or Astro-Man?- "King of the Monsters"
