I don't like U2 very much, but damned if War isn't a pretty fancy album.

Eisley - Golly Sandra

They would be hideously twee if they weren't so earnest or if they didn't have these odd semi-surrealistic lyrics. Musically it is nothing interesting but I am slightly enthralled by the almost sickly saccharine vocals.
The lack of irony is actually a bit refreshing. Still sappy as fuck though.
