I didn't check out the videos, because they appeared much too complicated for me, but I did see him perform at the MTV Music Video Awards.
Replace "perform" with "walk around the stage doing a terrible job at lip synching while the crowd looked on in boredom."
The best moment was when he was taking on the character of the gay guy, because his "singing" was just so melodramatic and horrible and then suddenly he threw that in there.
