this whole thing is stupid now, it's just a indie-dick show. decided by backing further and further away from what is percieved as a "poser" (yeah that word is still usable) indie/scene kid.

Indeed. You can take your badly recorded lo-fi with awful vocals fetish, and stick it somewhere cramped and smelly. I dont give a toss if the killers have had some popular sucesss, infact, thats part of why i like them! They are improving the standard of popular music, and bringing rock back to the radio! I think that is a far better thing for a band to do than to deliberatly hide in obscurity, surrounded by a clique of indie snobs desperately trying to keep the band an indie secret, and even more desperate to hide the fact that their beloved band is actaully pretty crap.

You're hardly picking on me. I don't claim to have indie cred, and don't want any. I'm saying that you guys are trying to claim your own. You say the Killers are trash and have only buzzwords of stuff you probably picked up on some review for music somewhere "They are overly produced" what do you mean? Explain it. I wasn't talking about me at all, I'm talking about you guys that all of a sudden jumped on some bandwagon because you thought there would be some fraternity in bagging on a band.
