That description makes them sound really good. I downloaded some apparently live sessions, and it just sounded like a load of atmosphereless, random bashing of out of tune instruments. One got into a sort of cool bit that sounded like acoustic power electronics, but that was kind of it. I just can't get into music like that.
I'll stick to 'Visor Om Slutet' and 'Tales From the Thousand Lakes' for my realisations of Finland, thanks-a-bunch.

Mind you Red Right Hand, Like A Kind of Matador and Narcosis all have albums due soon, and I still haven't picked up a copy of the Red Stars Parade CD. Any of those could easily knock someone out of the top five.

Back up-- do you mean the metal band Red Right Hand? There's a New Hampshire metal band called Red Right Hand and their bass player is our guitarist.
That would be fucked up, but I don't think you mean them. They're really not that good.
