well, some sites use anti-hotlinking measures, so if you link an image from their site, it: a, doesn't show up at all or, b, is tranny porn. Generally, it yes, is frowned upon.

I know I have anti hotlinking stuff on my site... or at least have the option to...god knows if it's turned on!
