My favourite 90's show definitely had to be either Full House, Saved By The Bell, or THE LEGEND OF ZELDA.  "Well excuuuse me, princess!"

But My So-Called Life definitely gets credit because Claire Danes stole my hair.

Call me a dork, but I totally watched Beast Wars.

The Adventures of Pete and Pete, Salute Your Shorts, Rocko's Modern Life, Hey Dude (started in 89 but it still counts, right?), Clarissa Explains it All, and a whole bunch of others that I can't think of off the top of my head.

I miss classic nickelodeon.

Oh god, Salute Your Shorts was AWESOME.

And when we think about it, it makes us wanna fart.

I completely forgot two of my favorite shows, Law and Order (the original is one of TVs best shows, far better than CSI) and The Sopranoes (first season in 1999)
