With the little insane Japanese girl who kicks ass and performs brain swap operations? I think you may mean the Coldcut video for 'Come On My Selector'. Still Chris Cunningham though meaning a kickass video.

I can't believe nobody's mentioned Fatboy Slim's "Weapon of Choice". A career highlight for Mr. Slim, Spike Jonze and Christopher Walken. More than likely responsible for my obsession with Walken.
