I was searching for encryption stuff, and found this site about the puzzle. Hopefully the hints contained within can  help.

Edit: You don't need to know a lot about encryption, this site does it for you. You just have to figure out what code and what words to use.

...Good lord!! I'm completely baffled by page four, but I think I might throw in the towel... from the way things sound I won't even have the required knowledge to finish up the puzzle. Way to make me feel inferior. =P
