They aren't. You've gotta be pretty naive to think that.

And I bet the ones I'd mention, like Son of Dork or Busted, you'd say 'they don't count, they're pop' or some shit to bail you out.

The annoying thing is, Yom Lehrer is actually an amazingly talented musician, so I'm finding it really hard to learn any of his songs on piano. Although I know the words to a lot of them.
