This may have been addressed but what happened to Faye's scar?

Finding *time* for everything is not that hard, I am good at prioritizing and am lucky in that even my distractions (writing songs, drawing random shit) end up being productive in some form. Except maybe video games, but I honestly don't play very many.

long time reader, first time poster.
I was feeling exactly as Marten is in today's (1336) comic and I wanted to ask: what modest mouse song is he listening to you?

Life Like Weeds.
--- Quote from: Eddurd on 10 Feb 2009, 19:28 ---OK, Jeph, been trying to contact you for a bit.
I sometimes do guest strips for Dan Mazur's "Palindramas". Recently I started drawing a strip for Dan, and it just seemed to fit the personalities of Hannelore and Winslow. I wanted to ask your permission to use them ... tried emailing you, didn't get an answer.
I finally posted the strip on the fan art forum (page 7, near the bottom). The question(s) are, would you (A) allow us to use this as a guest strip over at "Palindramas" if we provide a link back to QC :-); (B) want to use this yourself as a QC guest strip; 8-) (C) send a large burly man to my house to punch me in the head for pestering you?
Longtime fan,
Ed

Oh yeah dogg I ain't care if you borrow my characters. Just give credit where it is due and that is good enough!

How good of a living does the strip and all get you? I saw above 250k people read it a day, so I cant imagine you live in a cardboard box mooching wi-fi!

Well I'm not gonna tell you how much MONEY I make, but Cristi and I are able to live quite comfortably (partially because we know how to live within our means).
--- Quote from: edwinalink on 13 Feb 2009, 01:28 ---can pint size have his own spin off?

no
--- Quote from: Heavyoak on 13 Feb 2009, 17:26 ---Jeph, you think I'm creepy for lusting after Hannelore? :?
--- End quote ---
I honestly think you're somebody's gag account.
--- Quote from: madeofbees on 15 Feb 2009, 11:31 ---I'm curious if Hannelore got any Valentines, if they were sealed with a kiss, would her first thought be "GERMS!" or "Valentine!"
--- End quote ---
Instantaneous fear and revulsion, but that is how she reacts to anything unexpected, so...
--- Quote from: sophle on 15 Feb 2009, 22:09 ---Dear Jeph,
Now I understand why writing such scripts takes so long. Good dialogue is really fucking hard. And not feeling creative after you've had what you thought was a great idea sucks. Props to you for keeping it up, and writing great dialogue. That's all.

It's not ALWAYS hard. The days when it's not hard are the good days, the ones that get me through the bad ones.

It's still there, but <strike>I just forget to draw it sometime.</strike> it has faded and only shows prominently at certain lighting angles.

Jeph -
While reading the strips about the drunken Scrabble game, I noticed that all the characters were wearing T's (except Hannelore, who appeared to be wearing some sort of camisole). Since I've been wearing two layers indoors all winter, I couldn't help wondering how they all would cope if the heat went out.

OBVIOUSLY they would take off all their clothes and huddle together in Marten's bed.       :police: :police:
