First concert / show of the year

I've never been to a concert either, besides local shows.

To be honest, I didn't really get into music until about a year ago, and even then, most of those bands don't still tour (Led Zeppelin, Rush, Black Sabbath in any meaningful form, etc.), and G3 was in Japan this year. I missed Gigantour (which, among others, included Megadeth, Dream Theater, Symphony X, and Nevermore), and that really pissed me off, because they skipped over the Bay Area ENTIRELY.

Yeah, I have a general issue like this. To quote NN2S, "Good Luck. All My Favorite Bands Broke up in the 80's". And it's true. a good 70% ish.

First one will be Soulfly on the 04th of Feb. I don't really like Soulfly, but my mates do. I go to a lot of shows for pretty much this reason. Consolation is, Skindred are supposed to be supporting, so I will be moshing out to some hardcore Reggae Metal action. Jah.
