songs with amazing endings
Praeserpium Machinarum:
I totally forgot how good the ending of Zion by Lauryn Hill is.
Santana is sort doodling away on his geetar and then a choir begins:
marching, marching, marching, marching, to Zion, marching, marching, marching!
And Lauryn Hill goes slightly bonkers and blow those pipes up!
So good it hurts :)
Bastardous Bassist:
--- Quote from: TrueNeutral ---Will I be lynched if I say November Rain?
If so, lynch me.
--- End quote ---
You won't get lynched because November Rain does have an amazing ending.
I'd say my favorite ending is Dave Holland Quintet with "Prime Directive" on their Extended Play: Live at Birdland album.
blood_and_thunder:
Frank Zappa - Don't eat the yellow snow
It has a pretty bizarre ending, just kind of stops unexpectedly and then this weird little tune plays for about 3 seconds, makes me giggle every time I hear it :)
Kai:
Aye aye to that.
NANOOK RUBS IT
TheFoolOnTheHill:
"The End"-The Beatles
Fucking delicious guiatr solo ends with the softly palying piano and orchestra, and the immortal words "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make."
Amazing.
