Also, that picture of Metallica is definite from Kill 'Em All, where Hammett does appear.  The only thing Mustaine is on with that album is a lot of the writing credits.

Also, I'm sad that I didn't get to answer the Death one, because I own that album, and Richard Christi is a motherfucker (as is he on Iced Earth's Horror Show, which is, in my opinion, one of the only redeeming values of that album).
