I knew I recognized him, then I remembered seeing a video of Le Nozze di Figaro with him conducting.........Vienna? It was either Vienna or Berlin.
And you guys are wrong. The best Dio song is by far "The Book of Heavy Metal." With lyrics like:

It's amazing! Though, I do like Dio. I saw him with Motorhead and Maiden. Honestly, I'd say I liked his music the best. Kind of like when I saw Queensryche with Priest. Priest's stage show was incredible, but I liked Queensryche's music better (for the most part, they a song off of their upcoming sequel to Mindcrime, and it blew).
