It's an XP theme called Luna Element 5. I'd link you, but the author made his latest version without the black substyle (which Princy has). So I'll leave it to you to find the theme with the black.

Woo fake Vista!
I used the Vista Transformation Pack 6.0. All the purdiness; none of the shit.
Things it doesn't do (a shorter list than the things it DOES do):
* Doesn't give you translucent title bars/Start menu (yet; planned for 7.0)
* Doesn't give you the "ghost-in, ghost-out" animation with opening and closing windows
* The "Start dot" doesn't move with the task bar in the same way as real Vista
* Doesn't actually turn XP into Vista--but almost. :)

Yessir, Cmd+Tab it is. Screenshot was taken using grab on a 10 second timer.
