Truth about Sufjan?

This was posted on Stereogum a while back. It is pretty much a gossip piece, but you can check out and judge it for yourself:
"He likes making music, but says he's going to take a big break from it. He's the anti-artist and very uninterested in keeping up as a musician. He wants to write or work on a book for the next couple of years."
Of course, he has already put out a new track on a recent compilation, so it's very likely that this is a bunch of BS.
But how would it be to finally finish one album for every state? Like, at the end, where there's nothing left to do? It's just such a grande undertaking.
