Flaming Lips - At War With The Mystics

Is this an actual concept album about being at war with the mystics or it is just a fancy title?
I like Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots but where were the robots? It was scarcely about the robots. Songs like Fight Test and Do You Realize?? are good, however I want a concept album that for once is not vague as hell!
Either way, I am probably going to listen to it :)

Yoshimi fights robots, gets killed or something, and then we spend a bunch of songs moping about death. Are you expecting War and Peace?

Yeah, but...where were the robots? That was a cool idea, but it wasn't used enough, IMO.
