I'm still not much of an artist, but the best advice anyone can offer is: Practice. Just draw as much as you can.

And imitation isn't always bad. If you can imitate another artists style for a little while, just to get the basics down, that'll always help you get the hang of anatomy and so on. And then you can play with things, until you start to get something that you think looks good.

thanks everybody...you have become increasingly supportive of my artistic endeavors....so thanks for that...i have a sketch page of some faces two bodies that i did too small for much detail and some hands...mostly hands...well here we go

im gonna totally post after myself...

this is a sketch of some bodies i was working on...i figured out that im drawing from some crazy perspective and thats why its so freakin hard...anyways tomorrow (for me) ill have some sketches of my gets-away-with-murder character for my comic...also i have a website up but it still needs some work...but feel free to comment about it...thanks for being supportive...

well this is totally not excellent and sweet as im posting on my topic for the 3rd time in a row...well i hope someone is readin this and makin comments but somehow i doubt that...well that kinda sucks...well whatever here is my character sketch for my comic character...the one that is like an imaginary friend but less imaginary and more destructive...
