WTF people? Seriously, glitchcore. [error], edIT, Venetian Snares, 000. Drum and bass can be good to. Concord Dawn and Pedulum. Maybe some Locust? That and Converge, very fast, very hectic.

Megadeth. Testament are nice thrash (Non screaming) metal bands that ROCK OUT.


But I think, probably the best thing you could do, is get some :Wumpscut:. Seriously, that stuff can get you pumped up. Also Velvet Acid Christ and Skinny Puppy.

Misereatur:
Look up some Jungle bands on the internet, should fit you.

White Mice should work fine too, aggressive Noisecore band that kicks ass (and ears)
