No, but a lot of people think that.  My gf harassed me for months with "Are you sure?" before she got an iPod.

i have one and its great. its thinner than ever and the screen looks beautiful. i only have one photo on mine and no videos but the videos did look good when i had some on there. the only thing with the videos is finding the right program to convert the videos to proper format.
i dont know how much sense that made i'm very tired but all in all, a good investment. served me very well driving (when i had a car), goin to college, and for work. worth it

You can use Videora to convert videos for iPods.

I need a free decent program to convert video files to mp4, so far i just have some broken social scene vieos on there, awsome live stuff.

having giant scratch cicles in the middle of the screen!

edit: anywhay properly on topic
make sure that all your artists are spelt corectly it sucks having 3 folders of "the white stripes" "white stripes" and "the white strips"

screen will have surperficail scratch's no matter how hard you look after it!
