That is quite possibly the best description of how he plays the guitar, that I've ever heard. You should check out Audioslave's "Live in Cuba" DVD, if you like watching him play. They performed a couple of Rage and Soundgarden songs, too, so if you like the older bands they are made of, it's worth getting for that. (They did at the concert I went to, as well.) They do this little two minute instrument's only version of Bulls on Parade. The solo in that song is the freakin' win.

Sooooo, you're not ashamed really then?
I like Dashboard Confessional songs, and I really am ashamed of it since I know how much they suck....
