I only have one guilty pleasure but I have a rather unhealthy obsession with 80s pop music which makes others cringe:
Duran Duran, the Human League (how can anyone not like them), Soft Cell, Wang Chung etc.
As an aside I also like (honestly, completely non "ironically") the following songs : "Total Eclipse of the Heart". "More Than a Feeling" "The Final Countdown" "Live is Life" and "BYOB"
I've also defied the indie hipsters of my school when I said I'd rather listen to Ashlee Simpson or Hillary Duff than the Mars Volta, unfortunately for them I listen to way more indie than them.

I definitely second Ace of Base. I also enjoy one of Everclear's albums. Lets see, Cyndi Lauper... Obviously "Since You've Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson...
