No they don't. The fact that I haven't been able to find any of their work negates any ruling they might otherwise be doing.

Who makes a website for a band and doesn't put mp3's on it?

Well, they're not that popular, I think.  I don't really know that much.  I just bought the CD because, come on, a jazz piano trio covering Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit," Blondie's "Heart of Glass," and Aphex Twin's "Flim" is just awesome (they do a bad ass version of "Tees Spirit," and their originals are even better, in my opinion).
