noice:)

and as for the bright eyes...good stuff. i really like sunrise, sunset...

and "when the president talks to god" is quite poignant, as i happen to live about 6 blocks from the...uhm...*ahem* very nice and eloquent man.

but i'd have to say barcelona is a prettier, and perhaps, less murder-stricken city. or maybe it's just 'cause i loooove gaudi:)

heh...the murders...don't really notice 'em...but yeah...it's better than it was during the race riots....now a white person such as i can live and frolick peacefully past the 14th street border.

Bastardous Bassist:
Well, the murders were really bad back in the early 90's.  And my CD is done, so I'm going to load up all of my music, and go with the first.....what was it?  Seven?  How random is that?  Actually, not very.  However, without much knowledge of numerology to back my statement up, I'm not going to continue.

1.  Chicago - Glory of Love  (I thought Chicago was good, so I downloaded a bunch of their tunes, it turns out only a few are good, and this one isn't one of them)
2.  Vast - What Else Do I Need?  (Okay, I'm not at all familiar with this, and didn't even know it was on my computer.  However, I don't delete anything from my comp that I haven't listened to, so...)
3.  Richard Cheese - Closer (um...  I agree with the statement that it was good the first time, but no other time)
4.  Absu - The Gold Torques of Ulaid (someone sent me some of their stuff to try and get me to agree that Proscriptor is the greatest drummer ever, I still don't think so)
5.  Herbie Hancock - Chameleon (the Headhunters are awesome)
6.  From Autumn to Ashes - Eulogy for an Angel (again, didn't even know it was here, but goddamn it's horrible, plus the title is spelled wrong on the file...)
7.  Jimmy Smith and Eddie Harris - Autumn Leaves (ah, an actually good tune to finish it out, too bad the quality is godawful)

Not a very good indication of what I listen to at all.  Sounds like I need to actually get around to deleting some stuff, specifically From Autumn to Ashes.  I generally don't delete stuff I've never heard, but I think I can make an exception.

El Opium:
This is too fun not to do again plus it's reminding me I need to clear out a few folders.

well we moved here when i was 6...into NW, of course...the white people sector:/

HAHA autumn to ashes...wins first prize for most emo name ever.

so i admit i'm really liking this new "the magic numbers" album i just bought...it's kinda...i dunno..upbeat, but i'm digging it.

haha i'm glad everyone's getting inspired to clear out their itunes because of this:]

Houdinimachine:
1. Highwaymen - Jim, I Wore a Tie Today (2:54) (I loves me some Cash and Nelson!)
2. Placebo - Black-Eyed (3:48) (Almost as much as I love Black Market Music)
3. The Fiery Furnaces - Tropical Iceland (3:25) (This may be the song that gets stuck in my head the most of ANY song... Trooopical icy icy...)
4. Billy Bragg & Wilco - California Stars (4:58) (I do love when these two collaborated. Tweedy is a St. Louis legend and he isn't even dead yet.)
5. Twista - Holding Down The Game (4:24) (Yeah... I like some hip hop. I admit it. A friend got me into Twista.)
6. Yonder Mountain String Band - Think For Yourself (2:13) (This comes from the tribute album to Rubber Soul. Has some awesome stuff especially for cover fanatics like myself.)
7. Pinback - Fortress (4:10) (I actually got into The Ladies before I got into Pinback. Weird I know.)
