Great album endings?

Champagne Supernova at the end of Oasis's (What's The Story) Morning Glory album; it is fine memoir of the days when they were good.
Der Golem:
The ending of Delerium Cordia clearly wins this. 20 minutes of near silence, then all of a sudden Patton yells "One, two, three four!" followed by an unpleasant scratching noise.
Other amazing endings would include Glassjaws' secret song on Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence, and Sigur Rós' Heysátan.
