I'm not electing someone to office while they think I'm a serial rapist and I attack every forumite that I meet (and then some).
But am I excited by this thread? Oh yes.

I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry at the stunning ignorance of this question.
Don't you live in Europe? You ought to know these things, man.
-
What, I... It's France, okay?
France
-
Europe's a pretty big place man.
I mean he's not exactly right down the street.
-
Not like America.
-
YOU'RE kind of a weird thing to argue about!
-
On that note, are there any other giant glass pyramids? I'm not sure and that worries me.
-
Yeah, actually. There's a big one in Memphis.
Tennessee, not Egypt.
-
also in cleveland (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_and_roll_hall_of_fame).
It strikes me as odd that the same architect (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I.m._pei) and architectural style was used to provide context to one of the world's greatest collections of european art and to celebrating the iconoclastic culture of rock and roll.
-
My problem was that I vaugely remembered some glass pyramid in Europe from some Dan Brown book, and I really don't want the Timetraveling buddy cop detectives to go in that direction.
I mean, hell, does anyone want that?
-
Art and Rock and Roll are best friends! Why not use the same architect?!
I just figured anyone who knew what the Louvre was knew there was a giant glass pyramid out front. But then again, I went to art school, so I expect people to know what the Louvre is and why people have problems with the pyramid. Art school, you made me too demanding.
(Blaming art school for everything and anything always works, whether you went or not. Try it sometime!)
-
guddam art school and its guddam income taxes, all tryina take away our guns
