This looks fantastic, and there's no chance whatsoever that it's coming to a theater anywhere near me. But as soon as it's available on DVD, you can bet I shall purchase it.

dang gotta watch young adults with feelings to see tom waits and maybe hear gogol bordello.
nahhh i'll probably come around and enjoy it once i see it, but then fall back in with the "only saw it for waits" crowd when the backlash hits a month later.

since my parents obviously won't let me rent it after our..er..previous 'incident' (AKA the reason why I'm in therapy).

I've been there (almost, not literally) and the comic book helped out, actually.
I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie.
