I used to check out some website that showed off pictures from google maps. The name is escaping me at the moment, (tagline was something like "why leave your house when you can see the world at your desk?"), but if I remember it, I'll edit my post.

Anyways, they have all sorts of great pictures like that where the individual satellite pictures are stitched together awkwardly.

Damnit, I hate it when you can't remember something...

It's the damn satalite, when it takes the pictures, they're taken at slight angles.

 i managed to find a plane with some random numbers on it, then further down the runway, the same plane was there, same numbers and everything, because it moves a bit then takes another picture.
