I am looking for the poster in panel 1 of this strip

the bird with "YOU WILL SUBMIT" on a grey background.

Is it a CD cover? Or did Jeph just make it up?

If so, is there any way to get a copy of it that is sized for either desktop wallpaper, or perhaps a poster print?

I think that Jeph made it up based on a Space Owl meme going around among a few webcomic artists at the time.
