Title: IE is impossible to design for...
Post by: thelightguy on 04 Jun 2006, 08:40
Hey.  I'm running into an odd problem... On my site, I have a nav bar floated to the right, and while it looks fine in non-IE browsers, IE screws it all up...

Take a look:

and the CSS

Any ideas?

EDIT: Yes, I know there are other problems on the IE side of things... I'm working on one at a time...

I was having the same problem on a site I made for class. I think the problem is that IE just doesn't render certan positioning atributes properly (like float and position). I wasn't able to pinpoint the problem (mostly because I didn't really try that hard, my teacher marks stuff in firefox so it didn't really matter) but if you figure this out let me know.
