To be fair to them, I think they were just monstrously drunk. They got through about 3 litres of Jack Daniels and shit knows how much beer between the eight or nine of them.

I thought they were drunk. But hey, I'm pretty sure almost all of the people at Wacken were drunk at some point.
Also, 3 litres of Jack Daniels would explain the blood stained labcoats.
