i actually saw him play a free set with bell orchestre right before this current school year started. he's quite amazing, and yes ally, quite cute.

I had tickets to see him last Tuesday, and I was amazingly excited about it.  Then I realized I was going to be out of town that night, and gave the tickets to a friend.  It would have been his first show after winning the Polaris Prize.  You folks have no idea how much I regret missing that.

Looking forward to my 3rd Final Fantast experience. Too bad a horrible bunch of people wll be going solely because he's playing in their favourite establishment. Some people don't know how lucky they are.

Dark Flame, I'm assuming you're speaking of the UBC show in Vancouver? I attended and it was wonderful, we even got a second encore. AND, this guy recorded straight out of the sound boards mic out line, and kindly posted it for everyones enjoyment. So download, listen and pretend you're there.

  Yep, that's the show I was talking about.  I could not regret missing it more, I have to say.  Hopefully he'll come back soon enough.

I already automatically consider this guy to be a poopface for being called Final Fantasy and not being like Dragonforce on crack singing songs about how Sephiroth will totally fuck you up, the article makes him sound absolutely revolting.

Also, gayest music ever? Come off it. Gayest music ever is either Judas Priest or Queen, no contest.

It's not the blatant gayness with Priest, anyone can do that. It's the staggering innuendo in every song when you remember Rob Halford is gay as a maypole. Breaking the Law, Starbreaker, Leather Rebel...

I'm going to see Final Fantasy at the Louisiana in Bristol on Oct. 25th. Can't wait. I was kinda ambiguous about it, but after seeing the YouTube of his cover of 'This Modern Love' done entirely on violin I'm totally hyped.

Actually, I gotta go with Khar on this one. Final Fantasy should totally be a ridiculous power metal band.
