Title: QC Turned Me On To Indie Music

Seriously, thank you.  I've been in a "todays music is all crap" shell for about 5 years until I read QC and realised that there is still good music out there.  I plugged in the one song I know "Steady, as she goes" by The Raconteurs into Pandora and have been finding music I like left right and center.

My musical tastes have expanded drastically since reading the comic.  Oddly enough, not because I've listened to any of the bands that Mr. Jacques has plugged.

Still, I credit the comic with, at the very least, getting me out of my musical shell enough to tempt fate with some stuff I wasn't too fond of beforehand.

not me, I kind of came to the comic because someone told me there were jokes about pavement.

QC definitely helped me expand my music tastes, but I've found that my favorite new music had been recommended to me by friends or people on this forum, or through Wikipedia and Last.fm.

I'm sort of the same way. I stumbled across this comic because people said there were jokes about bands that I like, and the main character sometimes wears and Agalloch shirt.  :-D
