Title: Pixies in Australia at last!

Why the hell isn't this being shouted from every roof-top in the country? I had to hear about it from my housemate, who heard it from her mum.

Anyway:

- Sydney: 31st of March;
- Gold Coast: 1st of April;
- Adelaide: 3rd of April;
- Melbourne: 4th of April;
- I think there's also a Perth show, but I can't find info on that.

Don't know what the ticket sales have been like: the Melbourne show went on sale this morning so I jumped online first thing to book tickets for me and my housemate. It's a festival, so tickets were $100. WORTH EVERY CENT.

Holy crap, I'm excited!

They broke up in 1993, and that is that. Nothing you will ever say shall make me believe otherwise. Also, the earth is flat.

I saw them a few years ago (2004 seems like forever ago) and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. I'm glad you're so pumped for it!

I have never actually heard an Pixies songs  :-o But I will probably seem then anyway,as they are supposed to be quite good.
