Title: The Pipettes
Post by: Ballard on 06 Jun 2007, 06:13: The most delightfully catchy pop group. I couldn't get tickets to their show at the High Line Ballroom so I went to their free acoustic show at Other Music yesterday. They're absolutely adorable and this is their first time in the States, as far as I know.

Got an EP signed. Definitely worth checking out.

Post by: adara on 06 Jun 2007, 14:49: I really like the Pipettes. I think they are catchy and definitely something you can dance to, as proven by the last big party I was at - even people who had never heard them before were moving their hips to their stuff.

They're not coming anywhere near me on their little tour of the states but if they were I would definitely check them out.

Shit I downloaded some vaguely interesting twee-pop, when I could have downloaded French Power Metal instead?
