So who's attending Chicago's annual Lollapalooza? This year it's taking place August 3rd-5th at Grant Park in Chicago. This year's bands include Pearl Jam, Muse, Modest Mouse, My Morning Jacket, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Snow Patrol, Ben Harper & The Inicent Criminals, Satelitte Party, Daft Punk, Iggy and the Stooges, and Interpol. I definately did not get the sink picture or the picture of the women. By the money and the rich pig I was assuming you're implying that it costs a lot. Which it does and for that reason is why I'm not going. Although I may start saving now so I can go next year.

It's cheaper than Bonnaroo was and has literally three or four times as many bands I care about seeing.

Sucks that you have to factor in hotel room cost if you don't live there, though.

First off it's a username and has nothing to do with my posting style. It's not spam since it's one of the mostpopular summer music events in Chicago. The sponsors list was to make the post longer which now seems stupid.

All Lollapalooza does for me is induce a chuckle when I think of all the lols it must provide to be a full fledged palooza.

i thought the line up this year looked pretty good!  But I can't afford to go either.
