Title: QC Plagerism? How does this work on the inter-toobs?

I was goofing around on another webcomic site and found this link in the the Project Wonderful ads:

Based on the name, I HAD to look.  The artist seems to be a *ahem* fan- and there are some significant differences, but there are A LOT of similarities- no where on the site is there any indication that Jeph is in on this or getting credit.
Am I being a whiny tattletale?  Or am I keeping Amurrikan comix pure?

Ah, this has been brought up before I think. Thank you for your good intentions but we don't really need another thread about it!

Yeah, I recall Jeph mentioning this before: he figures that any attention, even bad, or links to it will just drive traffic to the guy, who deserves none.
