Title: The Vinyls (new up&coming band)

So...There is a new band out there, roots from southern california called The Vinyls.

I must warn you, they are a friends band and they did their recordings very quick and horribly (actually hung a mic from garrage rafters and played). Main reason for that is they didn't want to be a studio band, but actually go out and start playing (which of course is what they are doing all around california now).

Everyone feel free to check them out and tell me what you guys think of it. i think ill have them look at what a general reaction of them is. (btw one more thing, the recordings were done over a year ago, i think they have up to like 20 originals now)

All right. It is just suspicious that your very first post on these forums was promoting some band. Maybe I will check them out later though.

I think i might, i dont know, ive read the comic for a really long time, and just noticed there was a bulletin board, so i thought i would start out talking about music, since im guessing most people on here llike music :mrgreen: and i really like afro man

ah, well i am a real person, on a real forum, no spam.

just tryin to help my friends band out a bit i thought this might be a group that would like it

they are old songs, but if anyone felt like it they could go see them...wait if i gave a date and place when they were playing it would be more like spam...so nvm
