Title: Radiohead-In Rainbows CD Cover

Since the album is only available online so far, (unless you order the exclusive box, that is) i decided to make a cover for those of us who burned the files to a cd in order to enjoy it in a proper stereo. Here it is, my gentle Radiohead tribute, the unofficial "In Rainbows" CD cover, by Sebastian Larsmo. It´s in proper size, so one can just download it, print it (via photoshop is probably the easiest way) and stick it inside the cd case.

You like Vonnegut and you made a far cooler cover than that hideous Technicolor monstrosity that is the real "In Rainbows" cover. That's two sets of brownie points in my book.

I really liked their non-chalant way of saying "No, really it's up to you."
Very typical Radiohead-ish (I guess Thom Yorke-ish, but whatever).

Love this thread.

I'm all into computers and shit, so the one with the sequence of colour values was the only way to go in my view.
Some really savage covers there.

KT, I'm not sure whether I like the one with colour in it or the black & white one more.

I think if the rainbow fit inside the lines of the black & white one it'd actually be perfect.

Yes indeed, the rainbow looks better inside the lines of the first version, so that´s how it looks now after yet a dramatic update.

i'd actually like to see the radioheaded man stuck in traffic. Didn't yorke say that theme of the album is the fear you should be doing something else while stuck in traffic(metaphor?). It's just what i think.

The last one reminds me of the cover from DCFC's Plans. It ooooozes mediocrity.

I used a different cover for the album art for each track in my iTunes library.  Kilgore_Trout, yours is "Videotape".

As an actual insert, I think it would be pretty rad. I almost think it would work better with the title of the record facing the inside, but I'd have to print it out to know for sure.

Actually, for a while I had a screenshot from Katamari Damacy as the album cover, sicne when I first heard the beat from 15 Step it sounded like the King Of All Cosmos.
Plus it was a really amusing shot with a rainbow coming out of the King's mouth.

But I'll replace it now! These are all quite awesome.

I'm not much of an audiophile, but I jacked this image off of Pitchfork for use in my iTunes...it's staying as my cover despite the awesomeness of you folk just because I think that it expresses THE funniest complaints about In Rainbows.
