Anybody else picked this up? It was originally released as a download only, but (if the dreaded Pitchfork is to be believed) was due to be released in actual physical form, in North America at least, pretty much now. I've just finished listening to it for the first time, and it's great - recognisably B.S.P. while moving their sound forward more noticeably than was the case between the Decline of British Sea Power and Open Season. The opening track, "Atom", is an absolute killer - I almost had to pause it just to catch my breath.
P.S.: new album due in February!

It's absolutely phenomenal. I give it to you as a gift (http://www.mediafire.com/?5udq3pnqxpi).

British Sea Power are supposed to be playing a small gig in a pub 2 minutes down the road from my flat. But I have an essay to write. I might cry.
Slightly more on topic, I've not heard the EP yet, but am downloading now. Anticipation is always fun.

It's amazing. I picked it up off Deek Media like.. 3-4 weeks ago or something. And fell in love with it.

I don't see what the problem is...go to the show, see some awesome music, go home, write the essay. It's quite simple really.

This is major pussitude.

First of all, don't quote the post above yours. Second of all...what?
-
I'd genuinely consider writing the essay after, but I think those few hours might be crucial to meeting this deadline. I think they're playing somewhere in London some time in January, so I'll wait until then, I reckon.

First of all, that makes no sense. Second of all, I was saying he's being crazy. But I'm just jealous of not being in the UK. =P

Hand the essay in late.
-
I would, if my university weren't so insane about deadlines and not missing them. I guess it's too late now, anyway, and I'll get a chance to catch them another time.
Edit: Heh, turns out all my friends who went down to get tickets were too late anyway, so I didn't miss out.
-
If only your university were like my english teacher.
-
Heheh. To be fair, not all of my university is that bad. One of my lecturers 'doesn't believe in deadlines'.
But either way, it looks unlikely that I would've got in. Sounds like there was some confusion between the venue and promoter about how tickets would be sold. Oh well.
